Jay’s new book, This Is Not Florida: How Al Franken Won The Minnesota Senate Recount was just published by the University of Minnesota Press, which bills it as “the behind-the-scenes saga of the largest, longest, and most expensive election recount in American history.”

Jay’s coverage of the Franken-Coleman recount for MinnPost won the Frank Premack Award. These days, Jay is back on the recount beat, covering the Dayton-Emmer recount.
