Belozer’e performance at Art Shanty

Belozer’e will perform in the 2018 On-Ice Program on Lake Harriet in the Linden Hills Neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN. The frozen surface acts as host and backdrop to a wide range of actions, interventions, happenings, stories, songs, games and more. Shanty Village is free and open to the public.
