Issam Rafea and Gao Hong Duo Concert

Join us as we kick off our Winter Fireside Concert Series with a special performance by a duo of acclaimed international musicians. Pipa (Chinese lute) master Gao Hong and oud (Arabic lute) master Issam Rafea have traveled throughout the U.S. thrilling audiences wherever they performed. Their first CD “Life As Is” was nominated for the 2019 Independent Music Awards.
Presented by International Friendship Through the Performing Arts/World Music Professionals through a grant from the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council.
