Pork & Kraut German Dinner
March 23 @ 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm
It’s almost time for the GAI’s annual Pork & Kraut dinner! This is German soul food – succulent roast pork and pork ribs with sauerkraut and potatoes. Toast your companions with Paulaner draft beer or German and Austrian wine, and if you have room, there are linzer bars for dessert.
Before or after dinner, shop for German goods from Bunzlau Polish Pottery and sample Paulaner beers and Liz Pearson’s raw probiotic sauerkraut. Advance tickets required.
