Scandinavian Summer Fest, 2017

After over 80 years of celebrating Midsommar separately, Norway Day and Svenskarnas Dag have come together to make a bigger and better day of Scandinavian ethnic celebrations! Come help us celebrate or THIRD annual festival, Sunday, June 25th, 2017.
We will have our Midsommar loppet run/walk at 9:30 am. The handcrafters, demonstrators and vendors begin at 10:30 a.m.
The outdoor church service begins at 11:45 a.m. with the Midsommar Stång (maypole) raising directly following.
The afternoon program of dancing and singing begins at 1 p.m. with the coronation of Miss Svenskarnas Dag 2018 culminating the day’s exciting events and activities.
Events starting at 10 am are free.
