Twin Cities Arab Film Fest Opening Night

Mizna presents the opening night of the 2019 Twin Cities Arab Film Fest. This year’s opening film is It Must Be Heaven, award-winning director Elia Suleiman’s comic saga exploring identity, nationality, and belonging. Purchase tickets to the opening night film here. Join us for afterward for the opening party at Pracna on Main, featuring music by local Somali American DJ, Deka. Presented in partnership with the MSP Film Society.
Suggested donation of $10 for the Opening Night Party. Mizna supporters who RSVP with a donation of $12 or more get a free copy of an issue of our literary journal, Mizna: Prose, Poetry, and Art Exploring Arab America, which you can pick up at the check-in table at Pracna.
