Pearl Bergad: I direct ongoing programs in grant making and various activities designed to promote and preserve Chinese culture, history, and heritage. To promote mutual understanding among all MInnesotans our Foundation has created an annual festival, titled A Passage to China, that takes place at Mall of America every April. Our just concluded 6th Passage drew an estimated attendance of 15,000.
