On a frumpy stretch of Eat Street, you have to be at least a little adventurous even to walk in the door. Most of Asia is represented on the menu, from Singapore noodles and Thai basil stir-fry to Indian curry and Vietnamese egg rolls. But the real attraction is the small selection of Tibetan dishes, such as momo dumplings, thenthuk noodles, and alu ping sha, a dish of bean threads, black mushrooms, potatoes and onions.
