Hamline HSA Hmong New Year

Nyob zoo xyoo tshiab (Happy New Year),

Hamline University’s Hmong Student Association (HSA) would like to welcome you to our last and biggest event of the year, HMONG NEW YEAR!

Hmong New Year, is a significant event for the Hmong community. It marks the end of the harvest season which Hmong folks work long and hard hours for, as a source of income. During this time, families like to come together to enjoy festivities with loved ones.

There will be performances, activities, and food!

This is a FREE event, so we encourage you to invite your friends and families to celebrate a crucial celebrating point for the Hmong community.

There is no dress code for this event, but we’d love to see you in Hmong attire.
