Julmarknad – ASI’s 2017 Christmas Market
December 2, 2017 @ 10:00 am - December 3, 2017 @ 5:00 pm
Julmarknad, American Swedish Institute’s Christmas Market and our largest holiday weekend festival, (Saturday-Sunday, Dec. 2-3) features handcrafted items by more than 40 talented local and regional artists, alongside dance and folk music performances, Tomte and Santa visits and festival food!
Gift seekers can browse exceptional items from The American Swedish Institute Museum Store and Jul Shop, alongside the artists’ distinctive glass, clothing, woodcarvings, jewelry, ceramics, textiles and other work. Families can make handcraft projects together and enjoy holiday story time.
FIKA at the American Swedish Institute will be serving a special Julmarknad menu which includes our famous Swedish meatballs and warm glögg, and hosting a Bake Sale with cardamom bread, and other goodies to share over the holidays.
